Still working on increasing my OHP both on the log and the thick bar. I plan to alternate them every week till I find a contest to do and then I will focus on one or the other. My general idea for the plan is to do the following:
Thick Bar Clean and Press:5x5
Log Clean and Press: 5x5
Thick Bar: 5x3
Log: 5x3
Thick Bar: 5x1
Log: 5x1
Of course this can and probably will change as I see how my body is reacting to it..I may alternate 5x5 and 5x3...or may just alternate the 5x5's with a light, medium, and heavy week among them. Not sure just yet.

Lat Pull Downs (mini band added)

Cable Curls...to get the blood into my biceps...
light and high reps...
Front and Side abs...
