another leg day, yep that's right..
squats, conventional past parallel hams and calves touching.
155x 12, 245 x 10, 305 x 8*, 305 x 8*; I was supose to got to 295 for two sets of eight but I felt good so I jumped up another ten lbs and went right to 305. Decent form and good pause at the bottom didn't hit failure but got a good burn.

SLDL 125 x 8, 145 x 8, 145 x 8 up 10lbs

leg ext supersetted with ham curls up 10lbs on both
135 x 12, 85 x 10
135 x 12, 85 x 10
105 x 20, 105 x 8

Calf raise with bar on shoulders 155x 12 for four sets up 20lbs

did crunches between sets 5 x 20 reps on decline. felt real good but i am staring to tighten up, guess I better stretch:rolleyes:

Gettin my legs back into shape is awesome. Cant stand/sit with too much comfort. Doesnt help when I havent squated in about a month, havent been on the treadmill jogging in about a month, and do them both on the same day. Kick ass, kick ass gentlemen.:fro:

Good job though man, real good. Im at a measely 115# for 3 sets of 6. Pretty weak, my max was 200# when I stopped squatting, but I gotta restart from somewhere. Gonna throw back in the quads extension, deadlift, and ham exercises when Im not sore anymore.
 
erick I feel your pain. I would recommend squating with some light weight to get your form down and work on some decently high reps to build some leg endurance. also start doing SLDL and hamstring work.

Strider364- your right man it feels good to be normal and fired up all the time. I have basically told my buddies if they want to train with me then show up on time and be ready to do what I am. They haven't shown up and I am improving:rolleyes:

Thanks Polish kid, actually today I got motivated by the time I got buried with 365 at your place on the fith rep, on my second set I leaned froward to much and had to use my back. it was my eighth one and I thought well that's eight. then I really thought , that one didn't count, get another one. No one was looking and then I realized that's exactly the point no one was looking so put forth all your effort;)

With the partners, you sometimes have to lay down the law. It can be the best thing for your own personal training. I've had to regulate many times myself!:)
 
Yeah, I hear ya. My progress or workouts should not be dictated by someone who isn't really in to it anyways. So witrhout any hassles I feel much better and am getting more sleep
