9am MPI mix powder in Lactaid
11:30am 1 cup oats with my MPI mixed in, cinnamon... very tastey actually.
later on (~2:00pm?) ... solo cup with lactaid and ~ 1/4 cup shelled walnuts
4:20ish (now) ISO and ruby red, preworkout
