I also drank a gallon of skim milk yesterday of which 2 quarts were converted to Choclate via sugar free hersheys syrup. Yum Yum. Bet my training is great today - if I only would have eaten a donut last night...

I'm sure I can do more damage to a buffet than you. :chomp:

EDIT: THOSE MUtha FOCKERS!!! changed their recipe for Gatorade :mad:... No dextrose listed on this flavor at least... SHIT!... "Water, sucrose syrup, high frustose corn syrup..." bastards.

This was some quality pwnage, sarge. Also, I smell a competition (and bookie event if there were any way to verify their claims) between JKurz and Al.
 
Just a an 80 gram shake from True Protein and a large baked potato. Now I am drinking a cup of coffee.

Hey... speaking of off topic I met an 83 yr old Power lifter this morning... he was box squatting 300lbs... did not look "built" to handle it either but he got a solid rep... i hope i'll be doing that at 83. Interesting man.. he competes at meets too.
 
That stuff is always inspiring, Sarge. I know a 72 year old guy who weighs 160lbs and he can snatch bodyweight, he does the old-school split snatch and his balls damn near scrape the ground......good reality check when I am feeling 'beat up'

It's been a few hours since my pizza gorge fest. I did actually chew it near the end... oh it tasted so good. I was craving Pizza hut this time... so that it was. I lost count after 5 slices... i easily doubled that... i ate 1.5 medium pizzas i think. Muscles feel nice and full, I don't feel like crap (surprizingly)... should help with squats tomorrow.

Currently:
60 gram MPI/Egg white powder (Orange flavour) in Whole milk... tastes like a creamsicle.. mmmmm!

went to a buffet

2 omlettes w/ham/onions/mushrooms

2 glasses of milk

bunch of fruit

coffee

*observed that the average American who does not workout really eats a disgusting and gluttonous amount of food, lol*

Egg White Powder: 45%
Yolk Powder: 5%

... That's my anytime Protein shake breakdown.

1PM - postworkout shake consisting of: 2 scoops GNC choc carmel, 16oz milk, 50g dextrose, 1 teaspoon PureMCC.

1:30PM - Can of tuna w/ mayo and shredded cheese on 2 slices whole wheat bread. 20oz milk.

2:00PM - 1oz almonds, 16oz milk.

Cooking up some steaks now...
 
Snack - 16oz milk with 1 scoop whey and 2 teaspoons g-covery
peanut butter and honey sandwich
1oz almonds
 
A little grilled chicken, a few deli turkey slices, a little bit of reduced fat cruncy peanut butter, 1 egg.

Side of milk. Biggest meal of the day baby. ;-)

It's the end of the week for me, though, so I'm really running out of food.
 
3:30PM- Some tiny pieces of beef, a little bit of corn, 1TB spoon on peanut butter, and a couple turkey deli slices. Milk on the side.
 
7am eggs, cheese, ketchup. coffee. piece of banana bread. I can't remember if i had anything else here... too sleepy at the time.

9am MPI mix powder in Lactaid

11:30am 1 cup oats with my MPI mixed in, cinnamon... very tastey actually.

later on (~2:00pm?) ... solo cup with lactaid and ~ 1/4 cup shelled walnuts

4:20ish (now) ISO and ruby red, preworkout

Gat dang, i gotta cook some food up tonight... that's pathetic.
 
7:30am scrambled eggs, brown rice, cheese, ketchup

9:30am will be protein powder with some milk and mostly water.

11/12ish will be out to eat somewhere, red meat depending on what looks good on the menu
 
Oatmeal Raisain cookie, couple pieces of ham, couple pieces of cheese, bowl of cereal w/ milk, more milk on the side.
 
Tuna in a paper cup with frank's red hot. This follows up my exciting strawberry muscle milk and brown rice breakfast and early lunch.


FAWK I gotta do some grocery shopping as soon as I get out of work.

4.8 ounces of angus sirloin and half a big sweet potato w/ the ever so slightest dash of salt. First satisfying meal I've cooked myself in days mmmmmm
 
Hodgon Mills Organic Whole Wheat Penne (protein and flaxseed packed), with extra lean ground turkey and a trial size jar of classico tomato sauce... great f'n meal.

Tuna sandwish on Rye. Usually i'd get it grilled (butter) and cheese (tuna melt style)

with a diet cola. Not milk.

timing was all messed up today.

3:30pm was 50gram protein in 1 cup of whole milk... water, and 1/2 tuna sandwich.

5:30pm 30grams whey 40 grams Dex

didn't train until 7:15pm (body ate thro that shake already ^^)

during training i had my PWOS same as pre basically

next meal...

*almost ate my arm off while cooking*
11:00pm
1 large chicken breast
2 medium sweet tatoes
16oz milk
2 oz Grapefruit (finished it up, practically empty)
 
7:00am
1/2 cup oats
5oz black berries
1 cup egg whites
1/2 scoop casein


9:00am
2oz flank steak
2oz buffalo (or ostrich) I forget
1 cup brown rice.....

It's getting bad when you can't remember what kind of meat u're forcing down ur throat!!

Cold brown rice and some ground extra lean turkey breast over here. good times.
 
two scoops NO whey in 8 ounces whole milk. followed by:

1/2lbs ground beef, 4 ounces green beans, 7 ounces almonds, 1tbs dark sesame oil. All simmered in a pan for 30 minutes.



followed by lotz O' water. Water so good right now.

Jacks Link Teriyaki Beef Steak - 2g fat/ 26g protein
4 Deviled Eggs
2 Cups Low fat Chocolate Milk 5g fat/ 22g protein

**Third Meal of the Day**

4oz of Tri-Tip steak
A bowl of Fried rice (1 serving brown rice, 2 eggs, ham, bell peppers, and other vegis)
