timing was all messed up today.
3:30pm was 50gram protein in 1 cup of whole milk... water, and 1/2 tuna sandwich.
5:30pm 30grams whey 40 grams Dex
didn't train until 7:15pm (body ate thro that shake already ^^)
during training i had my PWOS same as pre basically
next meal...
*almost ate my arm off while cooking*
11:00pm
1 large chicken breast
2 medium sweet tatoes
16oz milk
2 oz Grapefruit (finished it up, practically empty)
