Hey... speaking of off topic I met an 83 yr old Power lifter this morning... he was box squatting 300lbs... did not look "built" to handle it either but he got a solid rep... i hope i'll be doing that at 83. Interesting man.. he competes at meets too.
 
That stuff is always inspiring, Sarge. I know a 72 year old guy who weighs 160lbs and he can snatch bodyweight, he does the old-school split snatch and his balls damn near scrape the ground......good reality check when I am feeling 'beat up'

It's been a few hours since my pizza gorge fest. I did actually chew it near the end... oh it tasted so good. I was craving Pizza hut this time... so that it was. I lost count after 5 slices... i easily doubled that... i ate 1.5 medium pizzas i think. Muscles feel nice and full, I don't feel like crap (surprizingly)... should help with squats tomorrow.

Currently:
60 gram MPI/Egg white powder (Orange flavour) in Whole milk... tastes like a creamsicle.. mmmmm!
 
PWO - worked out after a lame breakfast - had a RTD Muscle Milk

Now drinking my Gatorade and Protien - went w/ fruit punch today.
