super motivated and pumped atm all my clients are killing it and it's pushing me to be better and up my game!!

Overall a very good setup here. The cycle looks really good and so do the supplements. Not much I can hit you on although I'm curious to see how you make out on the DHB. I heard it's a really good one. @freakfit

After this little cut hoping to land around 100kg in pretty good condition then it's time to put in a big growth phase to see what can be done before competing next September and I'm super excited to work my ass off to make some big improvements.

DIET UPDATE

Well the diet has been the same from the start with minor adjustments as we move through the re comp phase.
got a feeling he may drop some cals this weekend even though I'm tightening up I feel he might want to speed thing up a little but we'll see. I attribute how I feel and how everything is going to the diet as the food sources are so clean i'll list below.

That is good that your coach is still pushing you. Definitely you can't go wrong getting as lean as possible. Just watch out on that clen it can really cause heart issues. @freakfit

Things are moving in the right direction still weight is slowly coming down, and the look is improving super keen tom get lean and move into a growth phase which I believe will be the best yet.

Had a thought today as well and it's funny how we set goals for ourselves I remember at one point just wanting to get to 100kg now I'm there with abs and have my sights set on 110kg but it's funny how quick we forget how far we've come and the progress that has been made along the way. that's just a reminder to step back and look where you started and goals you set back then and compare that to where you are now.

Rest day

I think most underestimate the importance of rest and recovery, this is the time where we grow and set ourselves up for another couple of day's worth of hard training before needing another day to repeat the process.
It's a great day to go get a massage or have a relaxing bath in salts to let the body fully relax so it's primed to work for you again in the coming days.

if you're someone who trains 6 to 7 times a week then you probably aren't training hard enough 4 to 5 days is what most people should be doing.
I've seen pros train twice a day, but you'd have to have everything nailed to perfection and even still trying to recover from that if you're training hard near seems impossible to me.

for majority of us 4 to 5 days is a good spot to be in and that's where you'll no doubt see the best results so take your rest seriously and watch the difference it makes to your training and how you feel in general.

if you're someone who trains 6 to 7 times a week then you probably aren't training hard enough 4 to 5 days is what most people should be doing.
I've seen pros train twice a day, but you'd have to have everything nailed to perfection and even still trying to recover from that if you're training hard near seems impossible to me.

for majority of us 4 to 5 days is a good spot to be in and that's where you'll no doubt see the best results so take your rest seriously and watch the difference it makes to your training and how you feel in general.

I was one of them for sure - training 7 days and going no where, and spinning my wheels for years

Finely got a coach and have made more progress in 16 weeks then my entire life - all with 2 rest days a week

Rest day

I think most underestimate the importance of rest and recovery, this is the time where we grow and set ourselves up for another couple of day's worth of hard training before needing another day to repeat the process.
It's a great day to go get a massage or have a relaxing bath in salts to let the body fully relax so it's primed to work for you again in the coming days.
