Check in day.
this was a productive week, weight went down from 104.6kg to 103.1kg and the visuals are starting to improve now which I'm happy with. coach was super happy and wants to Rince and repeat for another week which I agree with and feel like I should tighten up again. not sure how lean he wants me to get but I'm pretty keen to dig down a bit and look nasty. pretty happy with where I'm at atm I feel I've made some decent improvements already and still got heaps of time before competing again next September.
trained pull/pull today and had a great pump, can't wait until I'm eating a lot more and fill the fuck out but for now pretty content and happy. confidence is my biggest issue just with never thinking I'm big enough so doing my best to stay positive and hoping that'll push me to new heights and not worry about others either just focus on myself.
