Good morning!!

Had absolutely no energy this morning to do cardio. Will be ordering Cardio Breeze today. Will try to get to the gym this evening.

7:15am - 1/2 turkey sausage

10:00am - 20 almonds

12:30pm - 1 med salad (1.5 cups of spinach leaves, 1 cup of grilled chicken breasts, 4 cherry tomatos, 2T of chick peas, and 3-4T of ceasar dressing)

Ordered Cardio Breeze; looking forward to adding it to my routine. Noticing great changes w/ YES, especially in the booty area.

Dinner - 1 cup of turnip greens and same thing from last night.

Water: 4 Liters (I think I'm back on my water kick!!!)

5:15am: workout - weights & cardio
Bench press - 5x5: 20lbs added on
Barbell Rows - 5x5: 40lbs added on
Deadlifts - 1x20: 40lbs added on
Standing Calf Raises - 2x20: 80lbs

HIIT - Yes, I got it done today!!!


6:40am: Forgot to put on prior to workout - YES

6:45am - 2 scoops of PP mixed w/ water

7:00am - 1 turkey sausage w/ 3 egg whites (will switch to turkey patties next week; the sausages are a bit salty)
 
Is the "YES" topical Yohimburn?? How do you find it working for you??

The YES is topical yohimbine...VERY effective

Oh, I love it!!! I can still feel the tingling in some areas. I'm seeing small changes, especially in my butt and love handles.

Hmmmmmm, I'm planning on ordering some Cardio Breeze. My "goosh" is around my waist, so maybe I should get some of that too.....

I recommend it. I ordered my cardio breeze yesterday. Looking forward to it.

Rough night; did not sleep well

5:45am - YES

6:00am - HIIT

10:00am - Pumpernickel Bagel (Time to go food shopping!) and 1 tall regular coffee w/ skim milk
