I was going to ask this on the diet board.........but nobody reads it.
I have started a new program that focus on strength, and not muscle gain.
It uses........some times singles, or double or triple reps.
but nothing over 5 reps.
Since i probably never get into a state of hypertrophy will i need to consume the same "body building style" diet i was on before?
Do you need excess calories for strength gain?
can you lose weight while still getting stronger?
