Do most people their diets and training for cutting or bulking around numbers or more around visual. For instance do you set out to do a cutting program and set a bodyfat % to reah as the goal or do you set a number of weeks and then try and reach a certain bodyfat by that time and adjust the training and diet as you go? And for bulking do you set time period or a bodyfat ceiling that you will stop at or do you just keep an eye on the mirror and whne you feel you look too fat you stop. I am interested in how mosy people approach the planning and which seems more successful/motivating?
