Hi Ladies..
As my wonderful new friend (Bunny)has suggested I am here to start my quest on-line.Be gentle.. :rolleyes:
Last time I weighed it was 175..
But I will get more measurements..I swear :o
And here away we go..Now i work 3rd shift so keep this in mind while you are looking at this menu.This was aslo a plan that was made for me.I didn't come up with it myself.Came from jenny hendershot asst..Heather Bear..

4am-Protein Shake
6:30-chicken breast and egg whites
Get off work at 7 am
8:00 am-Cardio(45 mins)
9:00-1:00 pm sleep sleep sleep...don't always happen
1:00 to 2:00 Cardio and heavy weight training.
2:30 -6oz of tuna and 1 cup spinach
4:00-5:00 dinner...chicken breast and either spinach or sweet potatoe(1/2)
and protein shake and a small red apple if I would like...
Usually try to lay down for work..
11:00 pm-Protein shake and off to work
12:30 1/2 cottage cheese..
Done till 4 am...
I drink water,water,water.
I have lost around 13 pounds so far..and I can tell some changes in my body especially around my butt and hip area..Still have about 9 more wks to see how this will work out...Supplments are Lipo-6 and will be adding sesapure..will also be looking in the future to be have a supp to help with gaining muscle mass
Thats about it, oh well cheat meal is on Sunday and I usually take a relaxing walk nothing major...
 
Nice to see you here!!! Bunny is absolutely AWESOME, isn't she?!?!?!

If you're down 13#...stick with it for a while and see how it works for you. I'm sure Bunn's has explained the importance of diet, training and cardio, so I won't go there....

Where are your carbs? You should add in some oatmeal and brown rice in there. I personally always take in a protein and carb in each meal. If you don't have more carbs, you have nothing to work with once you hit a plateau. Also, you will burn more fat instead of solid muscle if you take in more carbs and you will also have more energy as well. Just my .02!! :)
 
My Bad My bad,lol I have 1/2 cup oats with protein shake at 4:00 am.Which I have been skipping..but will start putting back in there..
