A courier from a land far off has informed me a magnificent warrior called FitnessChick will be there to compete for the overall crown. A worthy event to see I have no doubt. Was said that once, long ago, she partook of these very waters of knowledge.

BB...I don't think she's sure if she'll be middle or heavy yet. You can track her progress at anabolicfitness.com. Not only is she drop dead gorgeous, but she's very generous with her knowledge and experience too.
