i had my nutritionalist check my caloric needs and just to maintain i need around 6,000-7,000 cals a day (which in my opinion and personal expierence is low) to maintain my body weight, thats how fast my metbaolism and how active i am. while on on cycle and trying to bulk i try to take in around 10,000 cals a day. my question is this,
is it better for me to meet the caloric need of 10,000 cals a day by eating a pizza (from a good italian place), not pizza hut or one that is VERY greasy or would it be better to stay at 9,000 by not eating the pizza. i mean i have pounds of boneless skinless chichken breast and a lot of vegetables, but there are some times when i simply do not have time to cook these meals. so.....


what is better to get those extra calories up even though they may not ALL be healthy, or cut my body short and only get 9,000 but they are almost all clean?

i was thinking about it alot and thoset 1,000 cals may not seem like much but over time it adds up, especially when im on my cycle and lifting insane im sure my caloric needs ar even higher and my body is able to use the nutrients much more effectively.

any one have any feelings on it.....?

p.s. not even just a pizza even if its a sub from subway or sometype of fast-food thats not too bad but you still know deep down that they arent completely clean cals.

im not kiddin, i wish i was i seriously need that many calories at least 9,000.

i know that sounds very unbelievable buts its tru, i can eat mcdonalds regularily,train crappy, and still be somewhat vascular and have a 6 pack,
that sounds nice, accept when im trying to bulk cause my body just seems to cut through calories like nothing. i know there arent many people out there that need 10,000 cals a day to gain weight but there have to be some that are around 8-9,000 a day?

after clen and t3 i went from 194 to 185 shredded going from 11% bodyfat to about 7%
im bulking again now so im back to 197 actually up a few pounds
bodyfat is up again but vasularity is still there

been training since i was 15 i usually go 3 days on one off
back,chest,traps,off,arms,legs,delts,off

i sleep alot, around 9 hours everynight and an hour or two nap every day
 
Your 6 feet, weigh 197lbs and you need 10,000 calories to grow? I dont mean any disrespect, but I think you are wrong!!
 
I'm 6 foot 218 lbs., and if I start eating 5000+ calories a day, I turn into a fat blob. Believe me, I've tried it (even while on).

It's not impossible that you might need a lot of calories to gain weight, especially if you're very active. If you have an intense training regimine like what an Olympic athlete might do, or even many profesional athletes I could see how you could easily need 6-7000 cals/day. I need 5k and all I do is sit on my ass all day and go to the gym for like 1hr. 10,000 seems quite high though. What exactly do you do that burns up so many calories??
