I'm going on my 5th shot of gtp test e 250mg and i'm really not feeling different except little more cocky. My strentgh has went up some but thats probably from working out constantly. I"m not sure, the stuff I got came from a higly recommended source and hes awesome i'm sure it's rea just don't understand why i'm not feeling anything like i've read about ona here

Well from what I have read test kicks in about weeks 3-4 but everyone is different. I would give it a few more sticks and see. How is your recovery when you workout? That was one of the first things I noticed was there was no soreness. Good luck bro!
 
Thats another thing. I'm sore in the mornings it hurts for me to flex. Especially, my biceps they get really sore. I don't get enough sleep don't have time it seems like and that probably would make a difference.

how many weeks into the cycle are you??

well yeah man! lol you gotta sleep so your body can repair itself. Are you getting at least 7-8 hours or no? I bet that would make a HUGE difference in the soreness. Are you taking the correct dose of protein? It's amazing how test allows me to blast myself and the next day be fine. It's so frigin awesome. Give it another week to a week and a half and see if you start noticing any changes, and start sleeping bro! :p

Around week 3 I started to “feel” it, but it did not really kick in until late in week 5.
Everyone reacts differently and Test E may take 3-6 weeks to get you jacked up.

Make sure your nutrition and sleep are adequate as you will not grow (or less than you should) if either of those are off.

You can add some dbol to kick things into gear..

in all honesty, 250mg a week isnt enough gear to see noticeable gains.
you WILL gain some strength and size but it wont be dramatic.

as this is your first cycle, id say 500mg is the right dose.

but keep in mind that it comes down to genetics.
my buddy takes 2g a week and still cant grow even though he does everything perfectly...
 
yea, guess i'm going to go through this cycle do my pct and wait six weeks and hit it 500 mg of test e with dbol kicking it off

Why not up it now…. Ride out the next few weeks at 500mg!!

Don't really have the supply would have to place another order which i have to have so much stuff i want to order
 
ya bro, i'm on week 4 at 500mg per/wk and my strength gain has been phenomenal from the start. Also, I'm up 12 lbs. I believe my bf% was higher than I thought.

anyways, good luck

That's what I was thinking. 250 is nothing. You should be on 500 mgs/wk.
 
You should be noticing about now. That's why I like sustanon - You can tell right away if you're wasting your time.
 
you gotta eat big and sleep big to get big. get your sleep man it is soooo important. and 5 weeks is when you will start noticing , so give it time...
 
250 wk you say? I hope you're under 140 lbs bec thats not enough for jack,you might get 4-5 lbs gain off of it.

You're basically on HRT. Getting more sleep and eating a lot would help you more than the 250mg test. I would just quit and do a light PCT...save what you have left and use that to frontload your 500mg cycle later.
 
lets not forget, again, that its really all about genetics.

i know a bro who got MASSIVE in 3 months on 250mg sus per week.
while another has been training for 8 yeras doing crazy 4g cycles and still cant break the 175 mark.

for a first timer, go with 500mg.
