No pain,can it be gyno?

Had gyno a year back n went on letro and cleared it..

Now tried a new diet which was high in calories to put on mass..got bulky and now on a cutting diet with grenade suggested empty stomach with bcaa and omega 3..

I can feel that there are knots below both my nipples, they dont hurt but it feels like gyno..

Do i jump on letro or adex and try to remove this lump or let it be..there is no itchyness and no pain..but lumps are hard and knotty

yes you do not need to have pain to have gyno.

experience. usually youll get pain or sensitivity but not every time. theres alot of guys that get gyno and dont even know it

no xanox but on a diet high in good fats like omega 3,dark 85percent cocoa chocolates,almonds,tuna and salmon...

Adex won't kill Gyno... Aromasin will

Aromasin for sure. 25mg EOD. If that don't work then its back to letro for you

had seen debates on how aromasin was not as effective as adex or letro in clearing gyno...is there any truth to it

have used gyno to clear up gyno..its slow but 1mg does it without hurting libido and causing lethargy

letro caused lot of sides..have never tried aromasin..whats a good dose that don't hurt libido n cause lethargy
