really with tren anything else you add is just an extra bonus
I've noticed in the past the more stuff I add the more side effects go up though so I agree with you don't get greedy
 
seems like you have a good head on your shoulders
and it really would be a smart idea to get blood work done for sure
 
won't go wrong with tren and masteron
i know you hate orals but winstrol i love especially going into a contest it works
 
Bummer. Got to work. Looked at Sarms I had and I was wrong. I do not have any rad 140. I had ACP 105. Every time I tried ACP it made me tired.
So RAD is off list. Was only running it cause I thought I had it.
 
Ok here is where the fun begins.
Let’s talk food.
I love to hear what people think about food. For now I’m going to start trying for about 3000 calories per day. I have pushed up to 4000 during a bulk. That is tough if using good clean food choices. That is a lot of food.

So I am starting with.
3000 calories
40% carbs. 300g
40% protein 300 g
20 % fat.66g

This works well for me but I do want opinions and ideas.
From here if I add more calories it would be in the form of carbs and fat. This is 1.5 protein per lb body weight. That is an ok amount.

Fire up the key pads and let’s hear ideas and opinions.
 
Here is an example day. These are a total amounts of food and not broken up into meals.
Just imaging all this on a table ready to eat and you need to consume it by end of day.

3100 calories
Carb 309g
Protein 251 g
Fat 95g

3 whole eggs
3 egg white
60 g oatmeal
3 tbl sugar free pancake syrup
Cinnamon

500g Chicken breast
3 cups vegetables
3 cups brown rice
105 g dressing or sauce

2 scoop whey protein shake

1 banana
30 almonds
3 chocolate rice cakes
2 tbl natural peanut butter
2 tbl natural jelly

1 gallon of water

@Slyderkt i like the split but would cut the carbs to 250 and add fats

good diet lets do it more but lets mod the fats more
