Approved Log Slyder 24 bulk cycle log

Just finished chicken leg day at gym. Been about a year since I really done a leg day. My knee and lower back has been jacked up for years. Knee felt pretty good. It is crazy how it feels better since the PRP shot. Still lots of movement in that joint. Craziest thing is how much range of motion I have. For years my right knee would not fold up as far as the left knee.
I could not squat down hardly at all.
I didn’t go crazy first day.
Hamstring curl machine 85 lb 4 set -15
Leg extension individual 45 lb 4 set -15
Seated calf machine 150-200lb 4 set 20
Vertical leg press started with 2 plates each side added a plate each set. Ended with 5 plates each side 4 set-15
Dead lifts 135- 225 4 set-10
Back was screaming by this point
Did more seated calf raises.
2-3 plates 4 set-12
RDL set 45 lb dumbell 4 set -10.

Not a huge work out but a good starting point.

Today was back day with coach.
I would list what we did, but honestly it was a blur. I am so wiped out.
We have a lay down seal row table. The power lifter guys got a new bar with a dropped down section. They let us play with it. The normal bar has neutral grip and hits lats hard. This one is a straight bar and hits upper back. We might try reverse grip next time. Also did double bent over dumbell rows. Those kill my lower back but I need them to help strengthen it.
Now I have to find energy to eat. I really just want to lay on floor and stare at the ceiling.

I got to show that to the gym owner where I go maybe he can get one
 
I also heard if you use that bar for bench you can go deeper.
Of course be careful with your shoulders going to deep.

Here is another tip for the day.
Using handles on a cable machine lot of times causes me forearm or elbow pain.
Example on tricep pull down or even rope push down my elbow screams.
Example on delt raises with handles my forearms can hurt.

I have switched to using leg cuffs on my wrist instead of handles.
Take strain off everything and isolates the delt.
Tricep I am now using a pull down strap.

I eat fin in the am and lunch. Work out about 3-5 and not hungry after that.
Now I see why tren is good for cutting also.
That is not goal on this cycle

tren kills appetite because it is very inflammatory so makes your body feel sick
 
What is 'eat fin'?
Oops fine.
I eat fine in the am. Good appetite till lunch but then it dies off.

I have run mk677 in the past. I used it for same reason. I know it is something that should be run longer that most. 6 months or more.
Last batch I got was from a dr prescription made by a compounder.
It is my understanding that has stopped.

I have heard about the inflammatory side effects.
Funny thing is my joints don’t hurt on tren.
Maybe I am over thinking that part.

I’ve used those bars! Those are killer

I was just hoping to be the same. Being down most of the year I didn’t have high hopes.

this is so true. Tren had my stomache strait smoked
 
Ok Wednesday and Thursday I had a splitting head ache with lots of head pressure.
Still went to the gym. Got in good solid work outs. Thursday about 2 hours after gym it hits me hard. I am sick. Sinus pressure off the charts.
Friday stay home all day on couch. Get some meds in me become human again.
Here it is Saturday not a lot better but alive.

Here is the bad thing. I know need to stay home and rest. All I can think about is how can I go to gym and do something.

I am sick alright. Sick in the head!!!

Still went to the gym. Got in good solid work outs. Thursday about 2 hours after gym it hits me hard. I am sick. Sinus pressure off the charts.
Friday stay home all day on couch. Get some meds in me become human again.
Here it is Saturday not a lot better but alive.

Here is the bad thing. I know need to stay home and rest. All I can think about is how can I go to gym and do something.

@Slyderkt headache? you taking NAC and vitamins? sounds like you're seriously sick vitamin D C?
 
Ya I did teledoc the other day. Got some lady Dr that must believe in candle therapy.
She only prescribed me a nasal spray.
Two day of that crap and got worse. Just went to a dr and he prescribed real med. I pic them up in an hour.

If your headaches continue I would definitely see a doctor about that

It's a nightmare scenario having to take both of those but at the end of the day if you've got to use them you've got to use them
Make sure you take a good quality pro biotic with it. i recommend going to your health food store and getting refridgerated sach boulardii
 
make sure what that prednisone you're not abusing it

I decided not got to gym yesterday or today. Pretty sure if I did anything strenuous my head would explode.
I am walking around and feel kinda human.
Just not super human.
I will beat this stupid sinus infection soon.

Thanks for all the support guys. Started feeling better. Met my trainer and knocked out a chest day. Only did about an hour tonight.
Actually felt better afterwards.

I am back in the saddle. Still got some congestion but I finally feel better.
Tuesday hour of chest
Wednsday arms and shoulder. Not crazy heavy.
Thursday did Back and trainer kicked my ass for an hour and half. I did 8 plates on shrug machine. 4 set of 30 to finish off. If I remember correct 6 plates is my normal.
First set was 6 plates. Felt great so jumped up. Trainer even looked shocked.
I said I think around number 22 I am trying to move my traps. But I am not sure they are moving far. Hahahahaha
I would do 10 with pause at top and 10 fast then ten whatever I could.
Man it feels good to get back in the gym.

I have learned to listen to my body a little better. If I’m feeling good, let it rip. If I am just being lazy, push through it and succeed.
But if I am hurting or not feeling well.
Then try to listen harder.
The body is an amazing machine. Take care of it and it will take care you.
