I agree that is how I have typically done it for years. I would cook a bunch of chicken breast on Sunday and that would get me m-f.i would prep some clean chicken, stored in the fridge will last you many days no problem

Feeling real good. My cycle went well. Post cycle has been great. I didn’t get any unmanageable sides from the Tren. Night sweats and raised BP. That’s all. Night sweats have stopped and BP is back to normal. Was going to cut right after this cycle. But was feeling strong and hungry. So actually cut my calories back closer to maintenance and kept pushing hard in gym. I have stayed around 205 lbs.

Not sure how to answer exactly. I would say both. I like the seated calf raise better. But I usually do standing also. When doing leg press I also hit them like a super set if it is a machine and not free weights.are you going more heavy on the calves or doing High Reps

1 plate 30 or 40 reps
2 sets 2 plates 20-30 reps
3 plates burn out
I try to go deep and the pause at top, when weight will allow it. The heavier weight not as much.
One thing I see that I think is a mistake is when guys go too heavy the range of motion get short. That is fine but you need to also do full range work also. With that said I will do the same thing on purpose toward the end. Get that heavy weight. Get the muscle fully activated. Then work it and keep tension on the muscle as a burn out, flex it the whole time.

Very excited I am about to really get into this cut. Should have all my supplies this weekend.
Primo
Test
Anavar.
Starting primo tomorrow and run it for two weeks before making any changes to my test.
Currently only on 200 test per week TRT.
I did blood on Friday so should have results any day.
I have never run primo. So I want to add it first. I have learned that if I jump in to fast or throw to may new thing together. If I have any issue it becomes a guessing game what is causing problem. I will see how this cycle goes. I do have some extra Tren and might add it last 8 weeks. We will see.
