which is better..i think cardio and some carbs because i think no carbs it will start to use muscele and eating fat is just unhealthy for protection against muscle breakdwn....can u guys still have bulk in your legs with doing HIIT or moderate carsio or none at all...
if im doin what you say is it ok to have half cup skim milk with my protein shake before bed to have abs.? its the same carbs as 1 cup of cottage cheese..and the proein is more,,i use designer u ever try that before.???? good?? what flavor?
