Soy blows...
Not a big fan of soy either, nor am I a big fan of the BV scale. The BV scale is outdated and needs to be set aside in order for more advanced rating systems to take over. Whey having a BV of 106-159 is a physical impossibility. When comparing proteins we should consider bioactive fractions, PCAAs, and protein utilization ratios.
