Nightclub atmosphere workouts

I saw some commercials for a new fitness trend lol. Now they are making your workout atmosphere like that of a night club. Neon, light and glitter. Basically working out in the dark with super loud music. Like zumba on cocaine basically.

I like to workout to upbeat club/dance music but working out in the dark sounds very unsafe to me.

Safe the strobe lights for the night club IMO
