yeah 20 rep squats are typically using a weight that you can normally do about 10 or so with, and then you have to take it to a whole different level to get the 20 out. and if you're going to be doing 3 sets of these 20s, that weight is going to have be pretty light for what you're capable of. when i did something similar, i would do 20 reps at a specific weight, then keep the weight for the next two sets and try to get 15 and then 10. that usually left me needing to be wheeled over to the leg press. 20 rep squats are some taxing shiat.
also you need to work deads in there somewhere, unless you have some injury that prevents you from doing them. there shouldn't be any reason to leave out one of the big 3 compound movments if you can do it.
