Im 26, 6'0" 290lbs. I started powerlifting in 99. My best lifts are 650-440-650s. I stopped training in mid 00' and just started benching again in February of this year, and just started squatting/DL'ing a few weeks ago.
My first goal is to hit a 500lb bench, which may take awhile because of a rotator injury. My ultimate goal is total elite in the 275s (1950lbs +). I use the Westside barbell techniques.
