9 weeks 2day since I started 5x5. Noticed amazing results in size weights and strength thanks to Zed! You rock boss! Here's today's folks.
Workout a
Squat 2x7 @35k

5x5 @70k. 154lb

B press 2x5 30k
2x5 37.5
5x5 70k. 154lb

Lean over shrugs! 3x10 27.5 k
I'm hoping these are going to grow on me as ATM they stress me out lol I leave the gym feeling angry !
Overall though I'm astonished at my gains I've we my pb's out the window.

Zed nicknames me that because when I was doing my cardio diary I kept putting light cardio 30bpm stead of 130 lol so he said dam girl what are you a zombie.

LOL cutie. I blessed her with that handls cuz she posted that she could cardio at 30 bpm. No way she could be living and do that, so I decided that Donna. sugazombie is undead! I have kind of a soft spot for her and have called her suga for ever on here so had to add zomibe to it.
