And the hubby is actively body building and has been way harder than me for a long long time. I feel like a retard with him sometimes bc I don't know anything.
It is me that suggests pizza or wings or whatever and he just agrees bc he can cheat and not fall off the wagon like I do for two to three months at time.

In the gym with an expierenced bodybuilder can sometimes be daunting.
but this is better than going and running around not knowing what you're doing.
Dont feel like a tard in the gym. No one walks in and is a automatic pro. Just listen and practice with him. It will become second nature after practice.
No one on this forum walked in the gym and had perfect form. Years of practice and trial and error.
Ignore everyone else in the gym. You're there for you, not them.
