Make sure you hit the diet and cardio. They are the most important thing when trying to loose fat. Hit the cardio 4-5 times a week for 30-50 min a day and keep yourself on a good training shedule. An E/C/A stack would help you loose some of that unwanted fat but before you take it go to the doc and get your blood pressure checked as e/c/a have been know to increase BP in some people.
