Hey guys..could someone please give me some basic info on starting the CKD diet. I work 3rd shift. Lift mornings after work. Mon-Friday. Pretty much lost with all this. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm 27,6'0" ,225,20-25%BF. about to start Clen and T3 here soon. But as of now just gonna diet and continue to lift hard. Wanna lose bf and cut So any info on the CKD would be awesome. How do I start, how to calculate my macros for it. When to
Carb up, do I just consume strictly protein after workouts? Like my protein shakes. Also maybe a few meal ideas. I don't eat fish. Can't stand the taste. Any other meat I love! So any info would be awesome. Thanks guys!

I'm going to move this over the diet forum since you're smart enough to know to NOT use anything but good diet and training right now

You'll get more of a response there...

i dont think you need CKD at moment bro.

keep things simple and go with a 50,30,20 macro split protein, carbs, fat.

keep it clean and stay away from simple and starchy carbbs.
if you dont eat fish thats fine..im not a big fan myself. stick with chicken breast and lean beef.
plenty of green veggies as your carb source and simple carbs post work out only.

do a search here for a thead by RADAR called " so you want to gain muscle and loose fat " it has great advice on how to construct your diet and what food stuffs to eat.

good luck.
