when is the wedding? you might try taking xpel about 4 days out. that will deplete your subcutaneous water & get you into that dress :)
 
Oh wow, I just read on my other web site a girl who took that and was jogging on a second date and crapped her shorts.
Be careful with that stuff. I would rather be bulgy than crap my shorts

I've taken it before (lake trip!) so I'm cool with xpel.

actually I'd prefer taraxatone,but I cant get it right now. but yeah

natural directics are a good last resort .

aaaand I did horrible over the weekend.

I drank 3 nights and ate pizza, buffalo wings, potato salad, you name it. Not binge stype style or anything, just at parties - whatever whatever.

i probably wont make any progress this week but I wont do that again for another month or so. Its cool. I had a good time - sorta worth it.

^^ This, my dear, is known as a cheat day. You get to eat WHATEVER you wish as long as you don't go eating enough for six people it will actually HELP your progress.

Let me ask you: after eating very clean for the past couple weeks, how did you feel physically after the cheat?

The water retention was uncomfortable and I had trouble digesting some of it! (lol)

which I dont mind cuz I figure the quicker it gets out the better. hahahaha (tmi?)

other than that, as soon as I got back to business, i dropped all the water in a day and was back on track. I might even lose this week! I am interested to see what happens tomorrow. and im trying the second dress on again tonight
 
okay no progress this week. none. Oh well

tried the dress on, and it COULD fit. But I was afraid it would bust. lol. I have a little more work to do, but its better than not being able to zip it up. crap. I've got 3 weeks left.

I hope if need be diretics will help, even with a slight 1/2 inch or so.
 
CINDY DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!! Don't take those horrible diuretic. Why potentially cause harm to the body just to look good in a dress?
Take natural diuretic if need be.

Alcohol (like caffeine) is a diuretic and that is why you retained water after drinking. LOL

I am asking how your tummy felt and what your energy levels were like. Generally (but not always) most people who eat a good clean diet for several days will feel sick to their stomachs just a few bites (if not shortly thereafter) into their first "cheat" meal. So their bodies TELL THEM, "Make better food choices and you WILL feel better!" Not to mention if you are eating several smaller meals that are a good balance of protein, healthy fat, slow burning complex carbohydrates and lots of veggies your energy levels should be steady - no spikes and dips on blood sugar - less cravings and no energy crashes mid to late day.

As for diuretics, you already have first hand experience with what taking ANY diuretic will do to you. LOL Why would you do that again? Doesn't seem to make much sense... does it?
