Thandie has given you some awesome amounts for macros.

I would recommend that the majority of your carbs come from veggies, especially fibrous veggies, and that some of your protien is from low fat dairy like cottage cheese.

Lower carb diets can have you lose some of your minerals like calcium, potassium, magnesium, so make sure you are taking a good multi vit/mineral supp, a fish oil supp as well.

Lower carb diets can also suppress your thyroid gland, so once a week it may be a good idea to have a higher carb day, again I would suggest mostly starchy veggies or something like beans like lentils, garbanzo beans, or a whole grain like oats, or starchy veggies like baby new potatoes, sweet potatoes.

Well, I saw the number that I didnt want to see.

So yeah, all my carbs are going to come from veggies and maybe some beeans maaaaybe a potato here and there but only if i need it until its back to where i like it.

plus steppin up the cardio

i know u ladies say that you can do too much cardio, but I sit at a desk all day obviously chuckin up, a little extra movement is not going to kill me.

if i did high intensity in the AM how much low intensity cardio can I add and still be cool - or can i do all higher - mod intensity as much as I have the energy?
 
Cut in half and only light rum or vodka mixed with diet cokes instead of light beer and fruity drinks.

I cannot cut it out completely nor do i want to. lol. maybe the last couple weeks i can cut it out alltogether

so far im doing ok with it still in there
 
For me drinking can pack on a lot of weight fast and I rarely drink fruity stuff typically vodka soda or diet tonic or red wine. When I diet for contest I don't drink at all typically my time frame is not at tight 12-16 weeks. I find the cleaner you keep things the faster it will drop also, I drop a lot by using my main portien source as fish to be honest makes me a cranky bitch but it gets me lean very fast. If your doing true keto diet your carbs would be under 20grams per day and you should avoid intense cardio as you will lose muscle.

Im only mainly getting it from tuna.

It was torture for the first two weeks but now I'm used to it.
