OK guys, I need to lose fat but gain lean muscle at the same time.. My real problem area is my abs! It's my only problem area, really... I weigh 160lbs but i am guessing i Need to get to 170 with atleast 10% bf... I am 5'8 so this weight is pretty ideal for the body i want.
Any recommendations on a diet?
this is my typical diet:
breakfast: eggs/OJ/bread
lunch: rice, beans, chicken/fish
dinner: usually meat, or sandwich
between those meals i am thinkin I should start intake of protein shakes atleast twice a day.
