Need Help With Diet Ratio's!!

Hey Elite Bro's I need some advice about how I should divide up my carbs, pro, and fat ratio's for my 6 week, 60mg. ED British Dragon T-Ball cycle "with Nolva. PCT" diet.

I'm 5'11 220lbs. 29yrs old, around 25% BF "I know it's too damn high!"
Been training since I was 16 off and on "more on then off". Never done a cycle except for a 6 week 1-AD 900mg. ED a couple years back, "got strong as shit, but it totally killed my sex drive!"

I figured my BMR around 2350- 2400 cal.

I'm basiclly looking to cut up a bit, and hopefully gain some lean mass, "or at the very least maintain!"

I'll be training on a 4 day split,
Sun. chest, biceps
Mon. legs, calf
Tues. Off
Wed. Back, Traps
Thurs. Shoulders, triceps
Fri. Sat. OFF
Cardio at least 30 min. ED
Abs thrown in here and there.

So how should I ratio my Nutrients? 40-40-20, or should I opt. for more protein?? Also, how many TOTAL cal. should I eat everyday? NEED YOUR HELP ELITE!! I plan on starting on Aug. 7th.

im cutting naturally,... well with some clen and some other legal goodies, and the weight its coming off easy, i suggest u diet a little and then start that cycle, im sure you'll be a lot more happy i the long run imo.
im 220 now and im takin in around 3100- 3200 calories and im loosin 2-3 lbs a week, any more and ill be loosin muscle. my ratio is 55% protein 30% carbs and 15 fats... well roughly.
