Need Help w/ gear I just received

Just got 3 tren ace (10ml bottles) at 100mg and 4 test cyp (10ml bottles) at 250mg. This will be my 9th cycle but have not been on in the last 2 years. I have run tren before with great results. I am 6 ft 4 260lbs and 30 yr old. BF is around 16% right now. Just got back into the gym this week after taking off for the last 4 months. Started very strict diet this week too. Plan on starting this next cycle in May this year. I need help with how these should be run and what should my pct be. Please help, i have been out of the game too long. Oh and by the way, if your wondering why test cyp, it is because i ordered test prop but test cyp os what i got. Dont want to go through the hassle of returning it, i will just deal with it if i can.
 
Train a few months before touching that stuff and strengthen those joints and tendons!

U have enough Tren Ace for 8 weeks at 100mg eod, and enough Test for 10 weeks at 1000mg a week. U'v done 9 cycles so dosing is up to u.. but I'd go 750 tops with the Test for 12 weeks.

U'll want Dostinex half mg tab twice a week.
Aromasin 12.5mg eod?
Need2guard for at least the 8 weeks on Tren...
Hcg mid cycle. 250iu twice a week.

Pct: I suggest.

wow! i appreciate the response. What do you mean when you say "bridge" on clomid? Also do you think the test cpy water ret will get cut down by the tren ace? Thanks for the PCT advise, I am lost in that area. Thanks for the response!

Bridge is the Shit! Use it in pct, or after or both up untill ur next cycle. Remember even after a good 4 -6 weeks pct ur still not fully recovered. Bridge will help get u back on track naturally and help keep ur gains. For me whats most noticable with it is muscle hardness and pumps. U know how u tend to soften up after a cycle? i'm just curious but with 9 cycles under your belt why are you so out of shape? and why would you need to ask advice?

i'm not flaming I am just asking a question.

and I agree with RADAR above. out of the gym 4 months is a long time. you need to rebuild a base and strength first or your cycle will be half hearted. do you want to spend half your cycle sore? get into shape first. 3 months is not enough. heck I stopped for 3 weeks to rest my tendons and I lost 25 pounds on my bench, so 4 months is an eternity.
 
Well I had my first baby back in September and I dont know if you have kids or not but an infant can really mess up your schedule. My wife and I both work and then adding a baby into the mix too, takes away from personal time. I have been out of the gym but I still run everyday along with other athletic hobbies. Reason for asking advice is simple.....in using gear in the past it was for college baseball and a little recreational use after college. When I was on, my teammates and friends who were around me and using as well; we were un-intellegent towards things like PCT and life cycles, etc. I have done a lot of reasearch and am going to do this right this time around. I have been back at the gym the last 2 weeks and on my 2nd chest workout I already rep out 4 sets of 275 for 10 times. In 3 months from now I should be in great shape almost at a peak. But I do appreciate the concern. I know if I were reading my post from someone elses shoes I would see it the same way. Also I am open to any information that you could enlighten me with.

I want you to run bloods before anything. if you've run that many cycles with no PCT i wonder if your HPTA functions at all. before you mess with a tren cycle you need to know cause recovery won't be fun as is.
