Need Help Sleeping

Aight guys need some major help. Im not on anything YET, but I still have trouble falling asleep at times. This is really messing me up b/c I start missing classes if I don't get enough sleep. What type of things could help me?
 
ghb or gbl, i used it for 6 months straight when i was on anadrol and other juice that f'ed up my sleep. a couple caps when i was ready for bed and within 20 mins i was deep asleep. g suppresses dopamine in the brain and when it wears off, it releases it all at once so you wake up wired. i had to wake up early so it worked out well for me, but if you need to sleep more than 4 or5 hrs, you may have to take another dose in the middle of the night. i felt great on 5 hrs sleep, i wasn't tired all day and was wide awake in the gym.

if you are looking for something otc, simply sleep is ok.
 
i have the same exact problem and i went to my doctor and had him prescribe me ambien. this stuff is legit. it allows you to get exactly 8 hours of sleep(and i mean if you take it at 11pm you'll be up at 7am) and you feel great in the morning. if you have health insurance go to your doctor and ask for it.
 
tylenol pm did wonders for me, but with anything you take to go to sleep, it isnt always easy to come off them and get normal sleep w/o them
 
Try 5-htp and inositol. Its helps a bit taken an hour or so before you intent to sleep.
 
try 1/4 of 2mg a xznex, or 1/2 a valume. works good for me. but dont use it everyday. only when you really need it.
 
IMO, Ambien is the best prescription sleep aid. It works and won't leave you hung over. There is some minor danger of dependence with long term use.

Melatonin is worth trying.

Personally St. John's Wort works great for me. I take 3 caps before bed and its all good.
