been cutting down bodyfat last couple of months to get ready for a test p and anavar cycle coming up... progress is going great went from 197lbs-26.7%bf to 177lbs-18.7%bf currently. still got at least another 2" off waist too go
now im just trying to put together a clean bulk diet for when im ready... i wanna put on as little body fat as possible and of course getting the most muscle as possible... few questions i had were... -how amny calories over maintance should i be at while on.
- should i go with a 40/40/20 macros
- milk in protein shakes skim?? or stick with water
- how many whole eggs a day along with whites
- i know almonds and walnuts are excellent but not a big fan of them. roasted no salt peanuts ok and if so how much a day?
