I've been training for a few months now, but dont see many gains in size. I have dropped bodyfat from 16% to 11% in four months. Only recently have I started eating a strict diet of about 200 to 250g protein, 50g carbs and about 20-30 g fats, and I am seeing more lean muscle than ever before, but not the size. I'm scared of increasing carbs and fat, cos I pack on body fat very easily, but as I weigh 80 kgs only, I suppose I should start upping carbs and fat to grow. but how much would be too much?
