My gym must be rubbish. There are definitely no machines for squatts. The only leg machines that we have are 2 leg press machines, one where you are in a laying down position and the other where you are in a sitting position and the other 2 are the leg lift one that works the front of your thigh and the one that works your hamstring. These are the machines that I use and my legs are definitely more defined that they used to be but I think maybe my body fat may be too high for it to show. Is there anyway you can measure your body fat yourself? I only have a standard set of scales, not the ones that measure body fat.
You need to do more research on your diet and training, but i will critique what you have.
TRAINING
You dont need to do that many reps. Try 3 sets of 10-15. Your wanting not to look muscular but defined. You didnt post your training technique, how much time between sets? reps? For reps i would go 45seconds, sets 1 1/2 min. For quads, if you dont know how to squat, get a trainer or someone in your gym to show you. You can also do lunges.
Not to sound rude or anything, but you just dont seem knowledgeable about training at all. You need help from a trainer or someone who can actually work with you. You need to develop the knowledge, then apply it.
DIET
If your actually making progress on this diet, then it would surprise me. You need to eat at least 5 meals a day, and if you can fit more in, do it. Talk to a trainer or do some research and develop a diet and post it, and i will critique.
To put it plain and simple, you need all around help with everything. If your really serious about it, you'll do the research or get advice from a trainer, someone who will sit down with you and teach you the basics. Like i said before, when you come up with a good training and diet routine, post it and we will help you out.
