Need advice on LGD/S4/PH cycle for recomp and strength

Subject has spent a year correcting muscle-imbalances and posture due to inactive lifestyle previous to May 2013.

Subject has done a 6-week cycle on MK-2866 and was happy with the gains.

Subject now looking to kick it up a notch. Goal is a recomp (subject will not use GW) and strength increase.

Current stats on the subject:

Male
5'11"
37 y/o
209 lbs
17% BF

Subject's targets:

<210 lbs
15% BF

Subject's intention is to return to competitive powerlifting as a 198 lb lifter. Getting to 198 from under 210 isn't an issue for the subject.

Subject is planning the following cycle:

Weeks 1-8: 10mg LGD, 50mg S4
Weeks 8-12 (PCT): 25mg MK-2866

Subject has PHs on hand:

Halo-V (halodrol, 80 caps @ 25mg)
Xtreme Mass (methyl-sten, 60 caps @ 6mg)

**Note: Subject has no intention of ordering more PHs. Wants to use existing stock.

Subject's main concerns are:

- on-cycle support for possible gyno (currently taking Milk Thistle)
- PCT

Subject wants to start the cycle on October 12 and limit the cycle to 8 weeks due to a possible vacation at Xmas.

Again, subject is more concerned with strength than mass and must remain under 210 lbs to make sure they can make their weight class.

All suggestions are welcome!

I would refrain from using any PHs until your bodyfat is lower. It's just too much stress on the body when you are that out of shape. I understand powerlifting is your goal, but health needs to be priority.

I would stack LGD and S4 for 8 weeks which will give some nice gains in strength, then run Test Stack for PCT afterwards http://w3.teststackrx.com/102.html

meh you can get away with a cycle at that bf% but why not try a sarms triple stack to shead a bit more and add some lean muscle?
