What do you guys think of these? I am thinking about making my back routine either this:

BTN Chins
BB Bentover Rows
Nautilus Pullovers

Or this:

BTN Chins
BB Bentover Rows
Chest-supported Rows

What do you guys think? Or maybe this..

BTN Chins
BB Bentover Rows
Chest-supported Rows
Nautilus Pullovers

Why do nautilus pullovers when you can do pullovers with a dumbell. For some reason I feel it in my lats much better then I do them with a dumbbell. Maybe that's just me.

I like the 1st routine best. The movements are very dissimilar. Plus pullovers are a good finisher and you'll get a good stretch off pullovers.

Yeah skip the Pullover machine. I believe Lord_Suston laid out an effective schedule there for ya.. But deads are a must for a thick back

I've been doing straight-arm pulldowns with a rope. Standing, knees bent, arms straight out in front of you (not locked of course) grasping the rope. Bring the rope down to your knees keeping your arms straight. Do not pull the rope toward you or bend your elbows. Long as you keep your arms straight out during the movement, you'll really feel it in your lats.
