Natural vs regular pnut bttr does it really matter

If im not cutting, is it still a bad idea to eat regular peanut butter? my friends swears by natual and makes fun of me when i eat half a can of regular.
 
I always opt for natural, but it is wrong to make a statement "loaded" with hydrogenated oils. This is completely untrue, in fact miniscule.
 
I compared some natty & some Light P.B. The light actually had less calories & less fat, per TBSP than the Natty. The real difference was, there was no trans fat in the Natty & about 20% of the fat in the Light, was trans.
IMO, unless your strictly dieting, for the 2 or 3 tbsp per day people eat, there's probably not much difference.

If you are not cutting, no it's not that 'bad' if you feel you must eat some PB ... but natural, less processed food of any variety is always the better choice.

But you stand the chance of being arrested by the "clean food cops". :)
 
I can't stand regular peanut butter after eating ANPB for a while. If i didn't control myself I'd eat the whole jar of ANPB. I say if it fits your calories for the day then eat it. We all have some foods we "kinda" cheat on.
