Does anyone have any idea how much natural creatine say for example a 9 oz steak would have in it? a 6oz chicken breast? Is there a chart out there for this anywhere?

Thanks

Someone posted that 1kg of raw beef equals 2gr of creatine.
But in that post, nothing was said about cooked meat or chicken.

Cheers.

...best bets are sushi and sashimi (raw seafood) are excellent natural sources of creatine since they will retain much more of their original creatine content. Remember, heat (cooking) degrades creatine. I personally recommend maguro (tuna), sake (salmon) and saba (mackerel), since they are also exceptional sources of omega 3's
