My worst nightmare...

I agree with the other ladies on here, don't beat yourself up!!! I always find when I do that it becomes even harder to get back into healthy habits. I find when I love my body no matter how out of shape it motivates me to love it even more!

Hi ladies!
Thanks so much for your replies and advice...VERY wonderful advice!

I am slowly but surely getting into a routine. I've been so busy lately -- that whole "rocky marriage" thing. But come next week, I will have more time on my hands because my husband will be in rehab for 6 months, so I'll be using that time to work on ME!

I definitely love to eat healthy, it makes me feel better... I'm trying to get back on an eating schedule like I used to...so hopefully my appetite will increase just a smidge so I can at least eat and eat healthy. Great idea with the pre-cooked chicken and almonds/yogurt, as well as apples for at work.

I have a Gold's Gym membership, and I need to use it...put the baby in the gym daycare. Then, if I'm running low on time, I have a stair step, dumbells, rubber band, and an exercise ball...I used those some during my pregnancy. I need to find a great workout video though...any GREAT ones out there that also do a good muscle workout and isnt just another boring cardio/aerobic workout? I know using core muscles is great, perhaps I'll find one that incorporates the exercise ball or something....

I welcome any more suggestions, especially for the diet. I'll probably cruise the recipe board to see if there's anything fast and simple for lunch, since that's what I struggle with the most.

Thanks again...you guys are very helpful and sweet. I'll keep ya updated!

Idea for "fast" food prep: Cook on the weekend. Yes, it does take one or two hours outta your time During thE weekend. However, there is nothing better than coming home and having a pre-made healthy dinner in the freezer waiting!

I've cooked on the weekends for several years(working mom on this end) It REALLLLLLY does help to curb the temptation of ordereing out or making bad food choices when you are tired after a long day!

Good luck!
