I did chest and triceps this morning

Bench press 4x4
Incline bench 4x6
Overhead DB tricep extensions 4x6
DB bench press 4x6
Close DB bench press 4x6
Overhead cable tricep extensions 4x6
Cable flies 4x6
Isolated incline leverage press 4x6
Isolated decline leverage press 4x6
Cable close grip tricep push downs 4x6
Reverse wide grip cable tricep pull downs 4x6

And then this evening I did abs and 20mins of brisk stair master.
What’s the weights
 
Weekly update:

I’ve gone up 5lbs. I was 157 May 28. Today I came in at 162.

I did posterior legs yesterday. Unfortunately I had a family event so I could on workout for 45 mins.

My deadlift went up by a lot. It went up about 40lbs. Cable pull throughs, good mornings, and SLDLs also went up a significant amount.
