Mk11kh V.I.P. EF Logger Jun 2, 2024 #50 Weekly update: I’ve gone up 5lbs. I was 157 May 28. Today I came in at 162. I did posterior legs yesterday. Unfortunately I had a family event so I could on workout for 45 mins. My deadlift went up by a lot. It went up about 40lbs. Cable pull throughs, good mornings, and SLDLs also went up a significant amount.
