Approved Log My TRT and Deca Cycle log

Here is Wednesday and Thursday ( last three meals are my projections of what I will eat tonight).
Started N2 Guard today, took all 7. No issues with Proviron, random erections are entertaining, not complaining.
Second pin of test and deca this am, no issues to speak of, not getting bloated at all, some definitions coming out (diet).

Workouts:

Squat5 x20235lbsDoing a little more than a half squat, I cannot do a full deep squat until 3 months post surgery

Calf raise(straight, sup, pronated)4x12130lbs

Flat BB bench5x6205 last set I was struggling, hard.Did all bar work first to max my strength
Incline BB bench5x6185lbs, toughfinish with DB's.
Flat DB bench5x8140(70lb each)
Incline DB bench5x8110lbs failed on last set, fatigued
Incline DB flye5x10100lbs 50lbs each
Standing deltoid raise4x 1520lbs(10each)Took 20 minute break between chest and shoulder
Chest supported deltoid raise4x1230 (15lbs each)
Front deltoid raises standing4x1220lbs(10each)/30lbs each



Macros: I am enjoying steamed carrots big time, any suggestions on other vegetables?

@man05 n2guard you should split 3 caps AM with food and 4 after 12 with food, so you can balance the detox

macros look good but I can't see any food menu can you post the foods?
veggies #1 for bodybuilding is broccoli
 
As for your question about wrist wraps I use them on all back and heavy days as I want to work the muscle I’m trying to hit instead of overworking my forearms
