Have spent most of the week out of training due to the flu, went in this morning fasted to hit shoulders with no plan just to get in there.

DB shoulder press 40kgx10- built up to one top set
Machine shoulder press 80kgx12- 2 sets
Standing unilateral side raises 22.5x10- 2 sets
Seated side raises 12.5kg x20- 3 sets
Face pulls 50kgx15 3 sets

Bw was 89.5kg this morning. Will be back on training plan from tomorrow

1. Incline dumbbell press: 45kg x 10 reps
2. Hammer strength incline chest press 50 kg per side x10 reps
3. Plate loaded dip 80kg x 15 reps
4. Pin loaded fly 89kg x10
5. Cable fly 18.75 x 20
6. Side laterals (plate loaded) 20 x10

Had 2 gatorades intraworkout, pump was good and weights are slowly getting heavier but I'm happy as improvement are being made every week. I'm enjoying adding in some higher rep sets to get the burn 🔥

Not the best looking feed but this one of my favourites at the moment,

Six eggs, 1 avocado, 100grams off cottage cheese followed by a scoop of whey and vitamins to finish the day!

You are a warrior for doing Cottage Cheese I can't I tried it just can't do it lol.
 
Arm session today to finish up a Friday just picked a few exercises and kept the intensity high.. only tracking my top sets

Tricep pushdown: 77kgx10

Cable curls 50kgx10

Pin loaded seated dip 77x10 (haven't used this machine before wast bad but I won't be adding it to the program)

DB curls 20x10

100 crunches followed with one hour on the treadmill 6 incline and speed at 5.5kmh

2. Plate loaded Chest press 110kgx8
3. Incline db fly 30x11
4. Incline Smith machine bench 80x8
5. Cable fly 46x11
6. Triceps pushdown 87x10
7. Rppe pushdown 50x12
8. Triceps overhead db 15x8
Finished with 100 crunches
