  • Bb deadlifts 135lbs 4x8
  • Hip thrusts 160lbs up 10lbs 4x9
  • Seated calve press 21s at different angles 160lbs up 5lbs 4x21
  • SLDL BB 65lbs 4x10
  • Hip abductor machine modified 155lbs 3x13
  • Superset normal hip abductor machine 115lbs up 5lbs 3x10
  • Standing isolated hamstring curls 10lbs 4x9
  • Standing calve raise machine 310lbs 4x12 up in reps
@Mk11kh A big man. This is looking fantastic. The legs are tremendous. You've got veins popping out of your calves!

No I gave 3 to my friend I was stuffed from the chicken wrap I had earlier.

Just finished shoulders! Added an additional resr felt exercise just cause I feel like my rear delts are lagging

30 min cardio

  • Arnold press 10lbs 4x13
  • Incline bench y-raises 5lbs 4x12
  • BB Shrugs 135lbs 4x16 up in reps
  • Lateral deltoid machine raises 35lbs up 5lbs 3x13
  • Cable bar front raises 20lbs 3x13
  • Cable face pulls 20lbs 3x13
  • Shrug iso leverage 140lbs up 10lbs 4x12
30 min incline treadmill

Also my labs came back I’ll post today. Liver is looking very healthy so I can safely go orals. I was thinking of adding tbol 40mg ED but I kinda want a fuller look so also thought about dbol instead. Thoughts?
