  • Incline calve presses 290lbs 4x16 up in reps
  • Bulgarian split squats 3x13
  • Bulgarian split squats hack squat machine 70lbs 3x12 up in reps
  • Hack squat narrow stance 50lbs 4x15 up in trips
  • Smith machine isolated calve raises 80lbs 3x15
  • Cable kickbacks 50lbs up 10lbs 3x12
  • Superset w/ cable crossed legs kick back 50lbs up 10lbs 3x12
  • Seated leg extensions narrow stance 105lbs up 5lbs 4x12

So missed my last two pinning doses an DD no gym this past week ugh. Super back up with finals but all caught up now.

Headed to the gym tonight to hit chest and bis. Increasing tren dosage to 300mg a week starting today.

I’ll post soon post workout pics but I feel as o deflated from being by off for a week.

Family emergency had to travel out of town and forgot my gear. Plus I’m in finals week at school. On a good notes I was transparent with my doctor about me juicing. She’s going to order regular labs going forward and she didn’t trip at all lol
