Today I hit back. I felt high as fuck and euphoric all workout. I felt like I was walking on a cloud on the treadmill. Lol

- Bb rows (neutral grip) 135lbs up 10lbs 3x12
- Cable rope tricep extension (lateral head) 60lbs 4x15 up in reps
- ISO lateral row 105lbs up 5lbs 3x12
- Smith machine JM press(long head) 70lbs 4x12 up in reps
- Wide grip bb rows 115lbs up 10lbs 4x12
- Wide Lat pull downs 115lbs up 15lbs 3x13
- Overhead behind the back vbar tricep extension 120lbs up 10lbs 4x12
