@Mk11kh This is some really good training that you're putting together. I like how you're taking the time to do different exercises. That's how you do legs right there. That's why you're building some nice legs.
 
I typically take 5-7 days off from all lifting and anything gym related when preparing for bloodwork, working out cardio etc leading into the day you draw blood can toss alot of numbers off in the body.

So missed my last two pinning doses an DD no gym this past week ugh. Super back up with finals but all caught up now.

Headed to the gym tonight to hit chest and bis. Increasing tren dosage to 300mg a week starting today.

I’ll post soon post workout pics but I feel as o deflated from being by off for a week.

Family emergency had to travel out of town and forgot my gear. Plus I’m in finals week at school. On a good notes I was transparent with my doctor about me juicing. She’s going to order regular labs going forward and she didn’t trip at all lol
 
Sorry I got really busy with school and my volunteer job. I had to put the gym on pause for finals but I’m back now. I’ve deflated a bit but had a great workout today.

Test, primo, tren, and the the testolone. For 3 weeks I wasn’t really injecting. I wasn’t consistent. On a bright note. I got straight As this semester lol

I did have to go on lisinopril and atenolol. There tren jacked up my blood pressure and heart rate. Doctor said I’ll be fine though.

I can’t run the testolone with an oral can I? I get paid 2 weeks.

Also I’ll be getting a tattoo on my left forearm

I’m on test 500mg tren e 300mg primo 200mg.

I’m tolerating the tren really well. I was on Anavar at the start of my cycle but I’ve been off the Anavar off for a month now and my liver labs are good so was thinking of adding tbol 40mg ED.

Yeah I def feel like I can go down in BF%! I want to get to single digits so my chest shows more. I’ll get my DEXA scan in 2 weeks when I get paid.

Thanks man! I want my chest a little more defined so I'm def going to go with Winstrol! I'll place an order next week when I get paid. Should I run Cardarine or Stenabolic with it? I'm still using Cardazol.

Quads/glutes/calves

  • Bb squats ATG 1sec pause 135lbs 4x12
  • Incline calve presses 300lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Bulgarian split squats leverage machine 3x12
  • Hack squat narrow stance 60lbs 4x12 up in reps
  • Smith machine calve pressed 21s 70lbs 4x21
  • Cable kickbacks 60lbs up 10lbs 3x7
  • Superset w/ cable crossed legs kick back 60lbs up 10lbs 3x7
  • Seated leg extensions narrow stance 115lbs up 5lbs 4x12
  • Hip adductor machine 130lbs up 5lbs 4x7
 
Thanks man! I want my chest a little more defined so I'm def going to go with Winstrol! I'll place an order next week when I get paid. Should I run Cardarine or Stenabolic with it? I'm still using Cardazol.

I changed my quad focus leg workout. I did ATG bb squats today with a 1 sec pause at the bottom.

I am pausing for 1 sec at the bottom and really taking my time on narrow stance hack squats and Bulgarian split squats.

I was wobbling walking out of the gym today
