I’m reading that increased vigorous exercise can lead to increased white blood cell count but it also may be an infection.
@Mk11kh its good you are concerned with your bloodwork.
but lets be honest. if we all took a look at our numbers we would be upset too lol

yeah a lot of times these numbers can be misleading with bloodwork.

like if you take a certain supplement it can effect some of your numbers.. or if you don't fast 12+ hours etc

2 month progress pic. Very happy with the results

Just finished an amazing back and tricep session. I changed my routine a bit to incorporate some more terres major.

30 min pre cardio

  • Behind the back cable shrugs 80lbs up 10lbs 4x12
  • Bb rows 125lbs up 10lbs 3x12
  • Cable rope tricep extension (lateral head) 60lbs up 20lbs n 4x13
  • ISO lateral row 95lbs 3x15 up in reps
  • Smith machine JM press(long head) 60lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Wide grip bb rows 95lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Wide Lat pull downs 100lbs 3x13
  • Overhead behind the back vbar tricep extension 100lbs up 10lbs 4x12
Incline treadmill 30 mins

It’s very hard to fast with my school schedule. I today eat breakfast at 6am lunch at 1pm and dinner at 5pm.

  • Bulgarian split squats 3x13
  • Bulgarian split squats hack squat machine 70lbs 3x12 up in reps
  • Hack squat narrow stance 50lbs 4x15 up in trips
  • Smith machine isolated calve raises 80lbs 3x15
  • Cable kickbacks 50lbs up 10lbs 3x12
  • Superset w/ cable crossed legs kick back 50lbs up 10lbs 3x12
  • Seated leg extensions narrow stance 105lbs up 5lbs 4x12

@Mk11kh yeah its possible your body was fighting something or you got your blood drawn after a workout. Once that happened to me after sparring and my white blood cells were through the roof.
