Did my DEXA scan today and am thrilled with the results! I weigh 160/161lbs today. That’s up 10lbs from 3/20/25! Body fat went down!

I haven’t re-ordered my SARM yet I wanted to ask you guys if you recommend to continue SR9009 or go on cardarine? I also read up on Andarine and testolone?

I saw that testolone was good for adding lean mass but andarine was better for recomp.

Thoughts/recommendations?

I suggest you go with cardarine gw 20mgs ed. Dont use andarine s4 messes up your vision.

Thanks man! I have N2guard and I’m getting my labs done Monday.

Can I just add the testolone to my cycle? I already spent way too much on this cycle and not really looking to spend on both cardarine and testolone.l- just one or the other.

Also I’m reading that I can only run testolone for 8 weeks max is that correct? Also should I get the testolone oral or liquid? I’m going to n order it tonight.

@Mk11kh I'm not surprised at all by these results. You definitely have been making slow and steady improvements. That's the way to do it.

@Mk11kh Excellent job man. That's definitely what you want to happen. You're doing a recomposition and it's paying off add some GW you'll get better results.

I scheduled a DEXA scan for Friday and E2 and testosterone labs for Monday.

I also ordered a resupply of all my other supplements today.

My DEXA scan is Friday morning so I’ll post the results once I get them.

The testolone only came in 20mg tablets. So I’ll just stick to 10mg?

What will the difference be in gains compared from 10 to 20mg?

Because currently I’m running test e, primo, tren e. I’ll be stopping the Anavar in a few days once I run out.

Since my body fat is at 10.7% I kinda just want to focus on putting on mass going forward. I’m assuming the primo and tren e will cut my BF% a little in the process.

@Mk11kh there won't be a big difference, sarms are not like steroids where you really 'feel them hard' if you know what i mean

Just finished quad focus leg day. I dropped pendulum squats and switched to hack squats. I feel as though my outter quads are underdeveloped so I integrated 2 narrow stance exercises.

  • Smith machine squats (for depth and ankle mobility) 110lbs 4x12 up in reps
  • Incline calve presses 290lbs up 10lbs 4x13
  • Bulgarian split squats hack squat machine 70lbs 3x12 up in reps
  • Hack squat narrow stance 50lbs 4x13
  • Smith machine isolated calve raises 80lbs up 10lbs 3x12
  • Cable kickbacks 40lbs 3x15 up in reps

Also about the SARMs. I still have a lot of stenabolic. I want to finish that stuff before I place an order. Am I ordering stenabolic or cardarine? I’m at 10.7% BF so I didn’t know if cardarine would make a difference.

Just finished quad focus leg day. I dropped pendulum squats and switched to hack squats. I feel as though my outter quads are underdeveloped so I integrated 2 narrow stance exercises.

  • Smith machine squats (for depth and ankle mobility) 110lbs 4x12 up in reps

What exactly on CBC panel do I need to be on the lookout for while on cycle?

Kidney function/creatine kinase came back also and that doesn’t look good.

@Mk11kh try coming off gear for a period of time. stop training for 1 week, and cut down on protein.
then re-test. i bet most of the numbers will fall in line

yeah a lot of times these numbers can be misleading with bloodwork.

like if you take a certain supplement it can effect some of your numbers.. or if you don't fast 12+ hours etc

@Mk11kh yeah its possible your body was fighting something or you got your blood drawn after a workout. Once that happened to me after sparring and my white blood cells were through the roof.
